Falgout Grace Construction completed a full exterior cleaning of The Olivier student housing complex in Baton Rouge. This project included 14 buildings, each three stories tall, with comprehensive cleaning of exterior surfaces, breezeways, stairwells, and common access areas.
Our team utilized professional pressure washing and soft washing techniques to safely remove built-up dirt, mildew, and organic growth while protecting building materials and surrounding landscaping. The result was a visibly refreshed property, improved curb appeal, and cleaner, safer walkways for residents and visitors.
This project highlights our ability to efficiently manage large-scale, multi-building commercial cleaning projects while maintaining consistent quality and attention to detail throughout the entire property.
Following a high wind storm, Falgout Grace Construction responded to an apartment complex off South College Road in Lafayette, Louisiana to remove fallen trees and storm debris from the property. The scope of work included clearing trees that had fallen across common areas and onto parked vehicles, helping restore access and reduce further risk to residents and property.
Our team worked efficiently and safely to remove debris, clear walkways and parking areas, and assist the property in returning to normal operations as quickly as possible. This project highlights our ability to provide fast, reliable storm cleanup services when they’re needed most.
Falgout Grace Construction assisted a local real estate investor in New Iberia, Louisiana with property clearing and bush hogging behind a residential lot to improve usability and tenant access. The scope of work included clearing overgrowth and vegetation to create a walkable trail through the wooded area, allowing tenants to safely enjoy the property and access the water located at the rear of the lot.
While on site, our team also completed light grading near one of the houses to improve ground conditions and overall appearance. This project highlights our ability to provide practical, cost-effective solutions that enhance property value and functionality for owners and tenants alike.
